Here’s exactly what I ate today: 5 meals, no deprivation, and all foods I genuinely enjoy. All recipes are already on the blog, so I’ll link each one for you! Feel free to use them as your weight loss meal ideas.


🥪 Breakfast — Tuna Sandwich (224 calories)

I started the morning with my go-to: a simple, protein-packed tuna sandwich. I paired it with a cup of stevia sweetened green tea(0 calories). It’s light but filling, and perfect when you need something quick.

5.8g fat

🍬 Mid-Morning Snack — Caramel Rice Cakes (100 calories)

By mid-day, I wanted something crunchy and a little sweet, so I grabbed 2 caramel rice cakes. They hit the spot without eating up too many calories.

🍲 Lunch — Adalu (447 calories)

For lunch, I had a hearty bowl of Adalu, one of my favorite comfort foods. It’s balanced, filling, and naturally high in fiber and protein.

🥗 Afternoon Snack — Side Salad + Ranch (185 calories)

Salad meal prep

I got hungry again before dinner, so I kept it simple with a small salad and 1 tbsp of ranch dressing. Light, crunchy, refreshing.

🍛 Dinner — White Rice + Oil-less Efo Riro (515 calories)

What I eat in a day 1500 calories.

Dinner was pure joy: boiled white rice paired with my delicious oil-less efo riro or my other oil-less efo riro. High in flavor, low in unnecessary calories. I cooked 1 cup of white rice which yielded 3 cups after cooking. I had one cup today.

  • White Rice: 227 calories
  • Oil-less Efo Riro: 288 calories
    Total: 515 calories

10.2g fat

33.2g protein

12.9g fiber

Final Thoughts
