Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups parboiled rice
  • 2 cups chicken bone broth
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 sprigs fresh cilantro finely chopped
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. In a pot, combine 2 cups of parboiled rice, 2 cups of chicken bone broth, and 1 garlic clove.
  2. Cook the rice over medium heat until tender and fluffy.
  3. Once ready, transfer the rice into a large bowl.
  4. Squeeze in the juice of one lime and add the chopped cilantro.
  5. Stir gently until the flavors combine evenly.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  7. Serve warm (perfect alongside creamy coconut chicken).
