  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup sweetened almond milk
  • 1 medium banana

Method
 

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, and water.
  2. Microwave for 2-3 minutes until oats soften and chia seeds absorb water.
  3. Pour in almond milk and stir.
  4. Top with sliced banana and enjoy warm.
