Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup garri 50g
  • Boiling water as needed

Method
 

  1. Bring water to a rolling boil.
  2. Place garri in a bowl.
  3. Pour boiling water gently over the garri until it slightly covers the level of garri. Stir immediately.
  4. If it’s too hard, add more hot water in splashes until you reach your preferred consistency.
