Method
- Make the filling:
- Dice the turkey breast into smaller pieces
- Add the carrots, onions and mayo and mix
- Assemble the sandwich:
- Butter 1 side of the bread slices and place 2 in a panini press, buttered side down
- Scoop the filling and spread it evenly between each bread slice
- Cover with the remaining 2 slices of bread, buttered side up
- Let it toast for 3-5 minutes or till golden brown
- Serve with tea or any low calorie drink of choice.
