Pairing this sandwich with warm green tea hits perfectly after Thanksgiving; cozy, soothing, and light enough to balance the hearty sandwich. My country people, hope you know tea is just a tea bag oo, not that thick calorie bomb made with milo and milk! I come in peace.

If you want even more fiber?
Add a side of fruit or a small salad.

If you want extra protein?
Add an egg inside the sandwich.

This Leftover Thanksgiving Turkey Sandwich is proof that healthy food can still taste incredible, especially after a holiday filled with indulgence. It transforms overlooked turkey breast into something flavorful, nourishing, and satisfying.
